Step 1: Sign Up

Sign Up is used to create an account, upload your Photo for Dgital ID and Enterance Certificate for Cross checking

1. Click on Sign Up from the left drop down list
2. Fill the fields,browse your certificate or kebele ID Card
3. Fill the captcha as it is by considering capital and small letters
4. Click Sign Up
5. Browse Your Photo and properly crop it
6. Then you will get username and password
7. Fill your username and password into the login form
8. Fill the captcha as it is by considering capital and small letters
9. Click Login
10. Finished

Step 2: View your dorm,IDNO & status

The status will tell you basic information when something has been changed

1. Click om My Dorm from the left side menu bar
2. Then you can see your Dorm, DDU IDNO and Status

You can collect your Digital ID if the status is changed to:

Your digital ID has been printed! Please collect from the main gate!

Please change your photo if the status is changed to the following:

Your photo is rejected! Please upload visible and high quality photo of size 4X3. Contact the admistrator
